Here's a few I've made recently:
First, I had this orange ribbon that packaged some towels we bought recently.

I got some orange thread and used it to start the center of a rosette flower.

I rolled the ribbon, using the thread to secure it to itself and made a small flower.

I made 2 more.

I cut a small piece of cardstock and affixed the flowers to it.

I made another flower, using a similar pattern to the one from the Vintage-ish Headband I made a while back. I just made one flower and attached a vintage button I used from a jar of mixed buttons I got at a garage sale.

Remember that Wrist Corsage my mom and I made back in April? I pulled the bracelet part off and it makes a great hairpiece.

I wanted to be able to interchange my headband pieces without having to glue them to the headbands. Now, I'm sure there's probably an easier way to do this, but this cost me nothing because I had all of the supplies at my house.
I used those small hair rubber bands and glued them in a loop to the back of the pieces.

It's not that pretty, but it works REALLY WELL! It slides right onto the headband and is surprisingly secure!

I did that to all of the headbands. The orange flowers had to get 2 loops to best secure them :)

A few seconds, a quick swap, and a new headband each time!
