Anyways, yesterday afternoon, I knew I had WCW coming up and I didn't want to leave you guys hanging. Not after the phenomenal turnout we had last week! 34 GREAT recipes!
So please excuse my rather pathetic excuse for a recipe....
Here's my Jazzed Up Jambalaya :)

First I took a box of Tony Chachere's Jambalaya Mix and cooked it according to directions, using chicken and sausage.

Then I jazzed it up by adding some frozen corn and okra while it cooked. MMMM! Delicious!

I LOVED it! It gave a boring box mix a little extra kick! There seriously wasn't a thing left in the pan, we devoured it all!

Ok, now that you've seen my somewhat whimpy post, it's time for you to see some REAL recipes from last week's What's Cooking Wednesday!
It's no secret that I LOVE mexican food! So check out this DELICIOUS looking recipe for Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas that Marcie, from Don't Waste Your Homemaking, shares with us!

Ok, I can't pronounce this name, but I SURE want to try it! I looks SOOOO GOOD! Kristin, from Frugal Antics of a Harried Homemaker, shows you how to make 4 Cheese Porcini Vegetable Stuffed Schiaffoni with Fennel Cannellini Bean Sauce . Sounds fancy :)
One more recipe I wanted to share with you comes from Becky, at Mrs. Betty Rocker. It's a mouth-watering recipe for Chicken (or Shrimp) with Roasted Red Pepper Cream. It looks OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!

There were SO many AMAZING recipes, it was difficult to pick just 3! Be sure to check out last week's WCW and find more YUMMY recipes!
Alright, I can't WAIT to see what you've cooked up for us today!
Add as many recipes as you'd like! Look for featured ones next week too! Yours could be a favorite!
