Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

I LOVE happening across a great new blog. And the other day, I was reading a feature post for Chili's Southwest Eggrolls on Ucreate Foods. That led me to a great blog, Aubrey's Recipes! Where she recently posted a recipe for Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes. I just knew I wanted to try that recipe out. And let me tell you... they were DELICIOUS! Mom and I couldn't stop sneaking little dips into the cheesy sauce before we tossed it in the oven :)

Here's it right as I tossed it in the oven... and yes, my oven is so awesome, the coils turn purple in photos. Be jealous.



And here it is finished! (The only thing we ended up doing different is tossing it in the microwave for a few minutes to just speed up the cooking process because we were ready to eat.) This will be added to the favorite recipes list!
